Your men gave me a quick inspection of my brakes when I brought my Jeep in feeling my brakes fluttering. Even though they could have recommended significant work, they told me exactly what was wrong and (this time) that it was more of an issue of what sounds I could put up with. They assured me that my brakes were safe as they were and that any work would be more cosmetic than structural. I greatly appreciated their straightforward explanation and, even though it ultimately cost them a sale this time, they did not over-play the problem.
