Even though I was a few minutes late, they were ready for me. I was taken right back and seen immediately. In the past my appointments would seem to take forever, but everything went quickly from start to finish.
overall staff was very friendly and acknowledged everyone ask they walked in, which is important to me. Sierra was my tech on the day of my firsr visit and she really set the bar high! she explained everything so well and even helped out with my two kids who were getting a bit restless. thank you!
Exam is very thorough. Office has all the latest technology and Dr. Hess really keeps up with developments and tests for eye care. The staff takes time to listen to your preferences and concerns. It's a great experience and I really feel it you are getting top of the line expert care.
My 3 YO needed glasses and the staff person was so patient and kind even through times when it was a bit of a challenge to get my child to position and keep his eyes just right to get the pics needed. Thank you for all your help!
You have to choose a right person to get an excellent service. Overall, I have great experiences. But last time, in December, I didn’t schedule with the one I like, then I got a bad experience of 75min custom massage because the massagist showed carelessness. She tried to fix it after I pointed it out.
