Dr. Marandola is the best and I would highly recommend him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, answers all your questions and listens to your concerns. Unfortunately, I have issue with the billing department. COMG's billing department is rude, uncaring and makes excuses for their lack of knowledge. I was charged an incorrect amount for my outpatient surgery. This overpayment created a problem with my Flexible Spending Account credit card that was temporarily suspended based on the fact that the EOB's (explanation of benefits) reflected a different patient payment amount than was charged by COMG. It took many months, and many discussions with the billing manager and patient advocate before a partial reimbursement was issued for the overpayment. I'm hoping that COMG will address the issues with their choice of billing vendor, especially since they interact with patients and can be considered part of the COMG experience.
