Just had about $1,300.00 worth of work done on my Mini ..... used online appt ... loved that .....they had to keep the car overnight and provided a loaner so that they did not have to put the car back together.... worked out well for both of us ..... reason for the lower review is just before i got this request (the email just prior, so two emails from community in a row) was a coupon for 10 percent off plus 50 dollars ....but it expires in 30 days ..... would have saved me $150.00........ customer service was excellent when I dropped the vehicle off, felt like I was bothering them when I came to pick it up. Yes end of the day, but my end of the day also

Where do I start. What I experienced was one of most stressful encounters in my life, and I've been through a lot of calamity for three life times. Since November 10th. 2016 until September 18th. 2017 with car miles of 144019 to 145642 with-in 10 months, 1,623 miles and the price tag was $1,748.96 for the same thing.

They told me the last time I was there that it might be a (HEAD-GASKET) but they have no evidence of that, and said I should get another car when I mentioned getting new tires for the winter. I can't deny that they have great customer service, but I thought with the high-tech equipment they have, they should have pointed out the problem in the beginning and recommended potential problems that might be an issue with the car.

The only reason I went to them in the first place, because I'm a AAA member and they recommended them.

As I write this review, I feel depressing thinking what I be through with COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR!
