I had been in Dr. Licup's office once before with my niece, who is a patient. Was unhappy with my previous eye doctor and was trying to find one closer to home. I love the fact that you can give all your insurance and medical history online, not to mention schedule your appointment. I like high tech and simplicity, and this was both. Dr. Licup and his staff made me feel welcome and comfortable and didn't try to push any "insurance package" on me. His knowledge seems to match the accreditations he has on his wall, which appear to be many. Also, I don't think he stopped smiling the whole time I was there!
