Thank you for the review Mr. M. We first, thought we had sent out an email that we have stopped certain free remote tech support, which we assume did not get sent out on our end. Second, we could have given a friendly reminder during the phone call but we had also forgotten to so as well.
We went ahead and added the cost of the remote repair ($10) as a credit for any future services to Mr. M
