The front desk was pleasant and insurance questions addressed. The wait time was lengthened by a computer generated data entry, but probably not more than the average doctor visit. The next step was the basic no tutoring procedure by a technician that was so rushed and flustered she it had "15minutes" to complete her assessments, she couldn't even finish my history. That made me feel the offices priorities were not patient driven. However the next encounter with the medical assistant and then the doctor, were very informative and sensitive to my needs. I left with contact and glasses prescription. My followup appointment will be kept. Dr.LaClere was very personable, and knowledgeable, his information was for the utmost for my eye health. Good job almost 100%.
