Over all pretty good except my car is throwing airmatic malfunction , compressor overheating. Throwing codes not to drive . Just wondering why you didn’t catch that . Also noticed the front wheel camber is off . I have no history will Mercedes-Benz but I was able to see that issue. I checked the fuses for the airmatic and they where good. So I’m a little disappointed. Sorry to say that. The dealer said they would take care of the other things you listed , so hopefully they will take care of this one also. This is not just a small issue so being Mercedes-Benz certified i think that should have been caught as a flag. Thank you.

Friendly counter and service staff, clean waiting area and my SUV was fixed the first time. I asked JR, Phil and Garry to get my Terrain ready for a road trip, but to please check the transmission because it was slipping into gear. I received my SUV back the next day, road ready and without the transmission slip; they even apologized for not being able to have it washed because the car wash was closed! I just returned from my road trip and the SUV ran great. This is the place to bring your car, no matter the make, for maintenance service, as well as major repairs, but only if you want everything fixed correctly the first time without a rip-off repair bill!

The dealer was going to charge us $6600 for a new turbo. Concours determined that the turbo was fine. It was an electrical problem. They fixed it for a fraction of the cost. We've taken a couple of trips with it now and it is working perfectly.
