I am sorry to say that this dentist office is by far the most unprofessional that I have seen... I have been in the healthcare field myself so I am well aware of how a patient should be treated....a friend of mine referred me here a few weeks ago, I called in and made an appt talking to Michelle I explained everything that was going on with me she was kinda rude and rushing me off the phone like I wasn't important, I came in for my appt she was on her personal phone which I thought was very odd I decided not to bother her I just thought that maybe she would acknowledge me but for about 3/4 min nothing and then finally I got checked in. My wait time was about 35 min way too long for me but I didnt complain,now I am called to the back by one of the assistance's she was really sweet. The doctor comes in and asks me what's go on which I felt he should already know because I mentioned everything on the phone and also breifly with the assistant but then he goes on to be really inappropriate with me on a personal level which I thought was out of line asking me questions about if I had a man and financial affairs I guess that he was insenuiting I man could pay for my treatment because I look a certain way he did mention I look like the type whatever that means, so now I am checking out and it takes the check out girl a really long time to check me out she stated that she was doing something else but as I am waiting I see that Michelle is now online to a website that doesn't have anything to do with work like one of those celebrity sites...finally after 3/5min I am checked out given another appt which I don't think I'll even use.
