It's been an absolute pleasure working with Cool Atmosphere. All the way from setting up appointments, technicians, to billing; everyone is courteous, and efficient. Because I trust and appreciate their work, I've maintained a yearly service agreement with them. For the past few years they have maintained/serviced my unit. Each time the techs come out they are prompt and knowledgeable; identifying and fixing whatever they find. It's been great having peace of mind with cooling and heat. My unit was installed in 2011 and hope it runs smoothly for many more years with Cool Atmosphere's maintenance and check-ups.

Nick has been very professional and communicative with our concerns about the old motor that was running too hot and tripped our breaker. He replaced it this last Thursday but has concerns that it is already running too high for an old motor and was going to call the company that makes them and see what they say about that. Since it has been replaced, it seems that the house will not get warm, despite pushing the thermostat up higher than we normally would, and one of the vents in the dining room seems to not be blowing air out at all. The system just doesn't seem right, but maybe when we hear back from Nick and he has talked to the motor manufacturers, we will have some answers so we can get this fixed once and for all.

Our service person seemed knowledgeable and thorough. With that said, he said a motor and a blower were running near capacity and he was concerned about that. He said he would check the notes in the office to see if that was normal or not, depending on how they were set. Said he would get back with us and he has not!
