My continuing issue is lack of attention to online scheduling application. By the time the appointment request is confirmed - often a week later, if at all - my schedule has changed significantly.
What's needed is either a new scheduling system that allows for real time appointments by clients OR a process requiring staff to ROUTINELY (without fail) checks at least daily (ideally twice) a day to follow up on requests.
Change can be hard, but this one seems easy. I don't understand resistance when it could easily be part of the office routine IF people saw it as important.
This may not be an issue for many but Millennials are demanding real time on-line scheduling support in far more challenging businesses (e.g. MD offices).
I am willing to spend more and drive farther for my haircuts but the scheduling issues are a huge irritant.
Hello Ann. I am glad you have a good experience when you are at Corbin Salon. Regarding the appointment requests, we are trying to improve ourselves. We are checking our website more often and trying to be on top of it.
