Practise yoga and pilates in the heart of Queen West in downtown Toronto! CORE Studio offers a boutique- style studio with smaller class sizes to ensure individualized attention and high-quality instruction. Our sunlit, spacious studio features three beautiful practice rooms overlooking downtown Toronto. In our heated studio, we offer Pilates Stretch, Pilates Mat, Core Flow, and Power Yoga. In our regular temperature studio, featuring 20-foot ceilings and exposed brick, we offer Pilates Flow, Cardio Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Core Flow, Restorative Yoga and more. In our state-of-the-art equipment studios, classes take place on the reformer, tower and stability chairs.

We have classes for everyone who wants to practise yoga and pilates in Toronto, from beginners to experienced students, from those who want a physically challenging practice to those who prefer to unwind with slow, restorative classes.
