i went there to get my teeth cleaned and checked. well they didn't clean them, instead he told me i had 5 cavities, which he "fixed". now those teeth are very sensitive and hurts badly when i try to eat (even soft foods). i will never recommend them to anyone. i only went because i had medicaid, i'd rather pay out of pocket and get what i payed for.

I had a wonderful visit. I did not have to wait at all. I came right in and was taken to the back for my cleaning. I was really pleased. I was even able to be seen a little earlier which was even sweeter.

Going to McDonald was the worst mistake I have ever made. He did work that was not necessary, and did it wrong. After acknowledging his mistake, he said he would take care of it, then refused to return my calls. I am now several thousands of dollars out of pocket.

Dr. McDonald gave me treatment that was not necessary and damaged several of my teeth in the process costing me over $3k to get fixed. He refuses to return my calls, even after he took the time to contact the outside specialist that I had gone to (verifying the damage he had done)... and after he said he would take care of everything.

We were notified by a collection agency that we owed a specified amount to Cornerstone, however, we never received an invoice. we went to their office to find out what invoice they had sent out but when we got there (1). They had no proof to show that they sent an invoice. (2) the office manager had no invoice transaction process to show what was invoice and when and what was paid from unpaid. the office manager proceed to update the computer in my presence adding the times that she sent me invoices since nothing was on the system showing what date and time the invoices was sent. I challenged her to let me see what she was inputting in the computer and she became really annoyed and upset. I would suggest that folks double check what they are being billed for. The management offers no customer service. Be very careful, you'll also find that you are dealing with high school drop-outs at the front desk, as well as the management.

This Dentist operates a dirty office. Dentistry is suppose to be performed in a sanitary environment. This is far from being a clean environment. Be very careful and ensure that they are using clean instruments. We are making this known to our local community what is taking place at this location. Dentistry being performed in a strip mall with third world level service. I wouldn't let these folks perform a service on my animals.

I really do not like going to the dentist from early childhood experiences but here I feel no bad feelings the staff and doctor really make you feel like family and are always smiling.
