We have taken our four kitties to this clinic ever since we arrived in Michigan in 2009. We've always been pleased with the care the staff and vets have given to our pets. They are thorough, kind and respectful to the pets as well as the pet owners. The current staff and veterinarian provided excellent advice and service in our recent visit.

Thanks for taking such wonderful care of Samantha at her well care visit. I'm most grateful for the extra care taken when she suffered reactions from her shots. I am so pleased that I found you and made the switch from her previous vet,that she had since a 3 month old puppy.

I just came in to buy some prescription food for my cat. The staff greeted me warmly and processed my purchase quickly. the veterinarian asked how my cat was doing and remembered the issues she was having. This is a very warm office and I am glad to continue bringing my pets there.

I have decided after years of bringing my dogs to your office that we are switching veterinarians. My main reason for switching is because of the office not having a veterinarian available at all at certain times and your office hours. To call the office and be told that I cannot bring in my sick or injured pet because you do not have a veterinarian available I think is very poor business practice. How can you not have a veterinarian available at a vets office?

Also all the staff that we knew and trusted including Dr.Jennifer Bartloucci has left for some unknown reasons.

We were referred to you by Village animal care.,Your facilities don't have overnight care.In retrospect, my Max may still be living, if, instead of treating him for 2 hours at your facility, we were referred immediately to emergence hospital to treat and keep him overnight.You did what was right for your company ,and not was was right for my Max.

I loved Dr. Bartelucci and felt she was a wonderful caring person who gave my pets excellent care.I was surprised to find a new vet, Dr. Boatman. She doesn't seem to know how to listen and answered questions by repeating the same thing over and over. I want a vet who is a partner in caring for my pets and will communicate openly and honestly and not be condescending. This woman is not someone I would choose to see again. I hope there are other doctors who practice there. The rest of the staff was quite delightful.
