you guys are horrible. You schedule me for a set time and I end up waiting for about an hour to set the dentist. Also, you keep sending me a bill for 60 dollars. like really? After paying close to two grand you are greedy for that extra 60.

I wasn’t sure I should do this, but then I thought ... yes I should let any possible patients know of my experience. I went in during the COVID pandemic in May. I had a filling that fell out and needed repair. The dentist did the assessment and an unusual procedure I never had to stop my gum from bleeding was performed after I was told my Ins. Would cover it. ( which I might add, never did ). I was told my insurance would cover 90% and I would pay 10%. I agreed and paid my $77.( that should tell you how expensive it was ) Then a month later I started to receive bills for $330. I was shocked. I immediately called and was told they would look into it and let me know. I didn’t hear from them. Two more weeks pass and another statement arrives .. I call again and get told someone was checking and would let me know. Maybe about 3 weeks letter and another bill comes. I call and then get told I will probably be responsible for it. I asked why was I given an amount that was not correct. I told the dental assistant if it wasn’t going to be coverEd by the Insurance that I could not afford over $ 700 for it, and to just fill the tooth. Needless to say, I continued to receive bills with no explanation of why it was needed. Be careful with this office. I went to a new dentist on Monday and low and behold, the filling had fallen out and was not completely sealed. I had to have a root canal and I am currently in a temporary crown. This ended up costing a fortune, for this reason I would not recommend this office for your dental needs.

Office staff never tell you who they are when they bring you back or what treatment will be done. Treatment plans are never gone over very well.

My overall experience was a positive one. The primary dentist outlined the procedures involved, the cost, and alternatives for varying procedures. The support staff was pleasant, and the office was clean and orderly. However I did notice that the support staff might benefit with better communication between team members. I waited longer than anticipated to check out after the procedure since payment paperwork given earlier to one team member was not readily turned in to the front to process my information and thus allowing me to leave.

I was scheduled for a visit with Dr. Jean-Paul Taveras. I was nervous at first because due to an inner ear issue I cannot be leaned back in the chair. Mr. Taveras and staff member Tammy were extremely accommodating. Mr. Taveras performed a root canal standing up. I hated going to the dentist but my recent experience with them has changed that.

Stutzman Brothers trimmed my tall palm trees and at first they didn’t do an A plus job. I let them know the problems and showed pictures. Today they came out to complete the job and it was done beautifully. Sometimes things get missed and people are not perfect. It’s what you do after the problem comes that shows who you are.
