Just went in for an oil change, but everything went very smoothly. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. My car was ready when they promised and payment and pick-up also went very well.

One suggestion would be to offer some later hours at least for pick-up services. It is difficult for a lot of people to get to the shop before 5:00pm. Offering later hours or after hours pick-up might help expand your customer base.

I needed my oil changed on my new car I just bought a few months ago very bad. My coworkers told me about Dan's and I am so pleased! They even told me I would be needing a transmission flush soon. They really encourage you to take care of your car. There are so many things that we forget our car needs besides oil change for best wear! Needless to say, I will be coming here again! :)

After dropping off my vehicle and confirming that they would call me when the work was done and confirmed the right phone number, I had to call Dan's near closing time to see if the vehicle was ready. It was, but would the shop had closed if I hadn't called? This is the second time this has happened here. It shouldn't be that hard to call the customer to let them know the work is done. When I picked up the vehicle the guy at the desk just told me that the car looked good. When I aked for more details he brought up an I nspection sheet that looked as if it had just been printed out from an old service with the date changed. This was confirmed when the sheet matched my old copy exactly including tires with 4mm tread when I recently purchased brand new tires a month ago. Finally when I got back in the vehicle my windshield wiper fluid had not been topped off, a service that had previously been included.

I apologize for your most recent experience. Tim just started working for me at the front desk and I am still working with him to make sure things like this don't drop through the cracks. We had got to the vehicle late in the day so had finished it shortly before your call. The inspection sheet he printed out was not the correct one. The way my system works, it is easy to select the wrong one. I do have the most recent copy for you which did note that the tires were great. I will e-mail that to you. After talking with my technicians about the washer fluid, I was informed that we were out of washer fluid. I just got my new shipment today. That is something that should be topped off every oil change and I would be happy to fill it for you if you want to swing by on a lunch break. I would also like to offer you a complimentary oil change for your troubles.
