I can certainly understand if the dentist needs to cancel because he is not feeling well. However, I was not informed of this until after I had received my cleaning. At that time I was asked if I’d like to reschedule to see Dr. Tillman. That would’ve been helpful to know before I made the trip down to the office. If you were so bold to charge your patients for canceling their appointment, then why act in this manner and cancel the named dentist during my appointment!?!
This is not the first time I’ve had issue with the customer service by the office personnel.
