My dog is cared for as well as can be expected but I have two main gripes:
--Your prices are outrageous and confusing. I take advantage of the $10 discount when I buy the 12-packs, but that seems like almost no discount at all. Please consider "loyalty cards" or something that will give long-term customers like me more of a break.
--Consider later pick-ups on the weekends, especially Sunday night. I travel frequently. Even with a flight that arrives at Mitchell at 5 p.m., I can't make it back here in time to pick up the dog by 6. That means she has to stay another night, and that costs more.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review although I wish I knew who you were so I could address personally your concerns and help clarify some misinformation that you have made a reference to in the review. We do offer a package special for our customers because we do appreciate all of our customers very much. Although it does not seem to be a lot you have to understand that there is an additional discount built in each package itself. In regards to later pick-ups on the weekends, it sounds like you are unaware that we do offer late pick-ups every day of the week including weekends. Our late pick-up time is 7pm-7:30pm. We had created this later window many years ago to help our customers with another opportunity to pick-up their dog as they arrive back home from vacation. We all realize and know how important it is for you to be reunited with your dog as soon as you can and we do not want to have anyone committed to paying for another night. This is one reason why we made our cut off time 1pm each day before another charge is instituted. So if you would not be able to pick up your dog by the end of closing one day you have until 1pm the next day to pick-up be for another charge is being added.
