The only disappointment that should be felt is on our end, as a repair shop we strive to identify and repair all customers concerns and identify those that the customer may not know about. As the customer stated there could be a "problem with spark plugs, fuel, fuel air mixture.......something along that line. All spark plugs were removed and inspected, computer scanned, fuel pressure checked, and test drove. All at no cost to customer since no problems could be felt or found. Power steering and hub bearing were however identified and suggested. The dissapointment comes due to the fact, when we talked to the customer and advised him that we could not feel the skip he understood. And since other repairs were authorized he accepted that. We try not to suggest or perform any repairs unless we are confident in those said repairs. Unfortunatly we were not able to identify the exact cause of this customers complaint. Very disappointing, maybe this will help shed some light.
