I don't know if Terri mixed the color wrong or if Dean suggested the wrong combination, but it came out too dark for me. Also, the previous time, Richard(?) discussed with Terri about the shape to cut, accentuating the line of the cheek bone, etc., and I was very happy with the result. This last time, I guess I didn't reiterate enough of the details from before because the shape ended up just being very round and not as complimentary to my face.

I have been to Dean's in the past and had pretty good luck with them, and I really like the pre-booking discounts, but this time it just wasn't that great.

I requested a level III or higher stylist for my haircut. They said nobody is available anytime soon and a Level II stylist can provide a great service. I said I am looking for a decent haircut and I really prefer someone with experience. They promised that I will be happy with a level II stylist. I am not a difficult person, so I said sure.

The level II stylist clearly understood what I was asking: simple layering on the sides but not the back of my head....... but she could NOT deliver. Instead she trimmed my hair. She spent more time washing and blow drying my hair than the actual haircut. I have to take another morning off form my busy practice and get my hair actually cut.

I am wondering who gets those level III and VI stylists? Are they for special customers? I am more than happy to pay for a good service but I have to find that somewhere else.

Oh also, please let your customers know that they should bring cash for the tips. Simply referring them the ATM is not acceptable.

I have my haircut by Ken. I never feel like he's rushing through my appointment to get to his next client. And he's always on time too!
