It was terrible, they couldn’t find me in the computer although I had been there 8 times, so they invented a formula for my color, but never showed it to me it asked for my ok; the color is awful, and I’m getting my hair cut into a pixie today so the color grows out faster. The girl doing my hair was bored, had no personality and told me she has no idea what she’s doing when she graduates in a month. She had to ask me if she was applying the color correctly. All she wanted to do eas go have lunch with her girlfriend who was hovering. I told her not to bother drying my hair, and she was more than happy to just get me out of there.. She & her girlfriend disappeared before I even walked to the reception desk. The receptionist was also clueless. I don’t know what happened there, but the 1st 4 times I was there the hairdressers were great; they were interested in what I wanted, they were eager to learn, they had jobs lined up and they respected me. These last 2 girls were awful. I will not go back.Read More …
