I was seen right on time. Blue loves to come to Deepwood, and he shares the love all around. hahaha I am grateful for a vet clinic that loves animals and aims for the best for them.

Looks like you guys always hire receptionist who has no clue how to deal with customers !! ,, cause when I told her I want Salmon to be treated well for other cats (Mimi and Mak) were not healed when I brought then,, she advised to go and see another vet !!!!!!!!!!!!

One more thing , Salmon is sneezing since the day I brought him to you ,, wondering if you guys sanitize the exam room after each animal !!!

As always, we received great care! We didn't have any wait and I was happy to get an appointment at 7pm. Everyone is kind and friendly.

All the times I've gone to the vet, I've had a great experience. I never had a problem. The receptionist were nice, respectful and organized. Well when I made my appointment a lady answered and she seemed as if she was in a rush to get off the phone. She asked about my concerns and while I was talking she cut me off, and gave me a date and time. I didn't make it a big deal even though she didn't mention who my dog would be seeing. I went for my scheduled appointment which was 7 and received an email for 6. I show up for my appointment only to find out I was an hour early because your receptionist didn't schedule correctly. I was told I would be getting a phone call from the manager in charge of the reception area and haven't got a call yet. I will try giving you guys a call tomorrow but if I don't get anything solved all my dogs and friends I referred will be switching, and I will no longer be referring anybody I know to you guys. Hope we can fix this, I would hate to move all my dogs.

I have been taking my pets to Deepwood for many years. I continue to go as I trust them. Dr Poole is by far my favorite. She makes you feel complete comfortable and listens to your questions and concerns.
