I've been here twice.
The receptionist has been rude both times; she didn't smile, barks demands, "Name. Insurance Card. DOB." How about smiling and saying something like, "Good Afternoon! What's your name? May I verify your insurance card? And, what's your date of birth? Oh, I see your birthday is just a few days away, happy birthday!"
The first visit, the doctor was on time. The second time, a different doctor, was 45 minutes late. It's very frustrating to leave work early only to have your appointment be that late.
I was happy with the treatment both times.
