This was my second visit, because the Dentist that looked at me, wanted me to be seen by the Dentist the had previously done the work. So I was rescheduled/ I arrived on time and was seen right away my visit was in reference to implants that was done some time before. my bridge was loose and came in for consultation. ex-ray was taken four times by two separate dental assistant. exposing me to unnecessary radiation. After waiting for 35-40-min then I was referred to another Dentist somewhere else. To add insult to injury I was billed $110 for my visit. Yes, I know that medical and dental visits cost money, but how do you bill me for consultation on work that you previously did that is coming apart. I happen to have another bridge in my mouth done by another Dentist. Its over 10 yrs and I have never had a problem.

I have to admit I was surprise how soon I was called with an appointment. Usually you still had to wait about 20 minutes before you are seen. I did notice a few changes and everyone was polite and helpful.

Dr Moon is a very likable dentist who puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Lets face it, who like going tobthe dentist, but Dr Moon makes it enjoyable to go again and again. THANKS DOC!

Thanks 4 asking me 2 post a review. I had a great experience at Dental Cosmetic of Houston. I want 2 thank Dr. Moon and his staff 4 a job well done. It was my first time ever going 2 Dental Cosmetic but they made me feel like I have been a customer 4 years. It was just great. Family atmosphere!!
