I got into the room quickly. I only had to wait maybe 19 minutes. he even let me decide if I wanted him to numb it. The work looks great.

I had a fill in done, the dentist assistant and dentist were great. No pain while procedure was being done but it hurts worse now than when the cavity was aggravated. I have to go back and hopefully it can be fixed.

I had a tooth that was giving so much pain. DOC not only agreed to see me as an emergency, they were so understanding and nice. I did not have to wait long to be seen, and everyone was courteous and professional. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I scheduled another appointment for myself and one for my daughter.

ive been bring my daughters a long time to DOC

the denist i seen dr tran is unreal she had me get a note from my doctor for a minor knee surgury,NOT a replacement, i also informed her that i was on antibotics already for a sinus infection,she said she would do the fill in's i needed if i took 600 more in antibotics making a grand total of 1100mg of them that day she said she would do all at 2 got back there after giving my 1st appt up so things could move on waiting on my fax, get numbed up about 10 min after and @2:55 she comes in and does only two, of my fillings she is rough my jaw is terribly sore and slowwww. i dont want to ever see her again, i made appt for 2-20-12@ 10am out by 10:55 and not 10 shots to numb me and no sore jaw today, dr ferrall is WONDERFUL . i welcome you to call me for any details .

well, they filled in a tooth that did not work,( has to be redone) tried to pull a tooth they said was bad,( $200 bill from specialist to find it was fine)and was not, hit me in head with drawer while in their chair, got dirt in my eye from overhead light. I would not recommnd this place to anyone unless just getting a cleaning. Beware , they will tell you teeth are bad and begin pulling, please do not allow, get second opinion.
