I am so impressed with Dependable! They cleaned my ducts and dryer vent and were so thorough and so respectful of my home and it's belongings. Mike and Jay were polite and kind and showed me what they found in our ducts. Sal's quote was fair and there were no surprises. My house smells so fresh! I will always call this company for future dryer vent cleaning and any other duct issues.

Mike & Jay did a excellent job cleaning my dryer duct. They wound up taking on more than they bargained for when they noticed the duct was broken INSIDE the building. They went above and beyond to help me and in fact took care of the problem. Very, very nice and professional!! I highly recommend this company. I'll see you in 2 yrs. !!!

The guys were quick, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I was very lucky to get them to do my unit, as I had no appointment but they were doing the upstairs tenant, and agreed to squeeze me in.

DEPENDABLE was recommended by my new fuel oil company, Standard Oil. Sal was terrific. He came on time, looked over my whole house -- 1959 thru 2008 extentions, cobbled together heating and cooling systems, old furnace, etc. He gave me a price. His people showed up on time, did a very thorough job of searching out all the registers -- unscrewed the plates and washed them!, worked clealy and efficiently and were very nice. NO EXTRA CHARGES, no nonsense. I had put off having this done for years because you always get thoses envelopes with adds that promise $X per duct, etc., they come and you end up paying a ton of $$$$. Have had this with rug cleaning and chimney cleaning. From beginning to end, DEPENDABLE was first rate and I highly recommend them.

They did a great job. Took their time to be sure job was done correctly. Answered all my questions and showed me what was inside our vents. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Now a days hard to find all these traits in one company. I highly recommend their services.
