Due to my age of 76, I find many of today's services unprofessional , ill-mannered and inappropriate because sadly many young people today do not receive proper training.
My first immediate impression upon meeting the doctor was that he was chewing gum. If one is doing business with the public, that is a no-no. Many people, including myself, find it annoying and ill-mannered.
It was my first time in your office and I'm immediately left to cool my heels while the doctor is viewing the eclipse. While he did ask me if it was okay, it was inappropriate. If it was important for him to want to view it, he should have blocked out time on his calendar as the time and date of the event has been known for many months.
As a young man going into business many years ago, I had it drilled into me that one should take pride in everything one does, including presenting a professional appearance. In my view, if one wants to be considered a professional, one should make an effort to look the part.
I apologize for being crabby but I hope my comments will be construed as instructive as they are intended to be.
