Thank you for the review, Myrna. I think you're referring to the 15% discount e-mail we offer to clients that haven't been in in a while, it wasn't an advertised January discount. Those are automatically e-mailed after about 6 months or so. We have no way of knowing that you received that offer unless you tell us at the time of check out.
