Nice staff, comfortable chair. Waited longer than anyone else in waiting room, even the patients that came 5-10 minutes after me. Either gums were more sensitive this time or hygienist was a little rougher than I'd like with the scraping. Overall-still great. .

We were so sorry to hear your wait time was more than anticipated. This is not the 'norm' for our office. I can see how someone may feel that they were overlooked as they notice others go back before them. Often time these patients are scheduled with someone else for a different procedure. We do strive to communicate any anticipated delay to our patients but appears we neglected to do so in your case. This is great feedback and will help us in the future.
