My first appointment I thought was great until 2 days later when I washed and blow dried my hair for the first time after the cut/color. It was so ridiculously uneven I couldn't believe it. For someone who boasted about the awards they earned while in beauty school, they just gave me the worst cut/color I've ever had!! The reason I didn't notice this when I walked out of the salon originally was because this stylist had curled my hair so I really couldn't tell. When I dried it out straight a couple days later, the color was horrendous as well. It was almost like a line was drawn and from the crown of my head down to about half way of the length was dark and the rest of it was the lighter color that I wanted mixed in all throughout. Again this didn't look this way when I walked out of the salon or something would have been done about it that day. Three days later I was able to get in with a different stylist who corrected the color and fixed the haircut. When I made the appointment to come in and get it fixed the gal who scheduled me said that there would be no charge however when I got there they explained to me that the person fixing it had a higher rate and that there would be a charge for the correction, which I was not happy about an addition I had to tip the person that was now fixing my hair because it was a different stylist. Not a happy camper, won't be going back there!
