The wait time was horrendous. There was nowhere to escape the level of noise. Everyone was talking and the kids were all playing, I found it a miserable place to be for an extended time period.

We took our nervous 7yo son for his first real eye exam and Dr. Chad put him right at ease and even managed to make him laugh. He also took the time to explain how common color deficiency is to put mom and dad at ease as well!

The optical experience was horrible. I would not go back to them. I was told I couldnt look at frames alone! As I waited in the waiting area for my eye exam for 45 minutes. They need to change there policy. Never at an optical department have I heard that. And the nurse for the eye doctor is kinda pushy with an attitude. Because I didn't want my pressure checked with air. I will not be going back.

To better take care of each individual patient during the selection process of eye wear, and to protect from theft that policy was created. In addition, I desire patients to have expert opinions from our opticians during frame selection. Moreover, due to the number of patients that our office has been blessed to serve we get behind at times. Our office performs comprehensive eye health evaluations on all patients that can vary in age from a newborn to a 102 year old. Each with various visual difficulties that require time to address.
