Upside: Oil change and tire rotation completed as expected; friendly/helpful service. Downside: busy day at Downey's--3 hours to complete the job and the "maintenance required " light was not reset.

I have been to the store twice for the same tire and both times it was told to me they could fix it, Sat when I left I went to a shop on the scquare when i came out the tire was already very low, i had to go to the nearest place to have them look at it. the only place open at 2:48 was Walmart. I am very upset, it turns out the tire which is now in my trunk so i can show u, that it has a split in the tire called weather ck. I had to get a DIFFERENT TIRED. i CAN'T BELIEVE THAT U GUYS TOLD ME IT WAS LEAKY BEAD SEAL. i AM PRETTY NOT IMPRESSED. could have caught that saved me the agrivation, and cost of a tired since I have insurance on it, and my trust would still be intact. what kind of deal is that? you owe me a tire. I am upset.

Unfortunately, there is a shadow cast over this particular service visit because the right front center chrome hub cap is now missing from the vehicle. There has never been a hub cap issue with this particular vehicle before and Downey tire has done all of the oil changes and tire rotations on this vehicle for us. At this point we have no reason to believe the cause of the loss of the hub cap was anything other than an improper re-installation of the component during the recent tire rotation for this vehicle. We will go ahead and purchase a replacement hub cap for the wheel from Toyota of Des Moines and I will install it myself and monitor it to see if it remains in place after driving it awhile. If there was any defect in the hub cap that is now missing it should have been brought to our attention at the time of the service visit when my wife paid her bill and came home with the car.
