Best doctors and staff anywhere! They have accommodated us on short notice several times with a sick dog. They explain conditions and treatments clearly and help you with decision making without pushing you into expensive procedures.

They always follow up to see how our dogs, and us too, are doing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great facility, very accommodating and caring staff. Rates are reasonable and they have looked after our Ivy as though she were part of their family, and in a way they have made us feel like family. We also get Ivy groomed at the clinic and they do a fantastic job at making her look and feel young again. I would highly recommend Down Maine Veterinary clinic for all your pet needs.

The team always takes great care of our animals. Appointments are always quick, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. They are also very reasonably priced. Even after moving much further from this clinic, we drive the hour to get there because we feel our pets are safe with them!

The clinic was able to get my cat in for his shot almost immediately (within an hour). They took him immediately on arrival and I barely had time to pay for the shot when he was back in my arms again. We are always very satisfied with the service and the staff at Down Maine Veterinary Clinic.
