There needs to be more stars!!! Dr. Adkins truly cares about her patients as whole people. She sees more than just a mouth, she sees people with families and jobs and budgets. Her rates are not outrageous, but don't let that fool you. The care is top notch! After years of mediocre dentistry in my mouth, her perfectionism, attention to detail and concern for me is amazingly refreshing! My bridge doesn't look like a bridge at all!

I want to address your issues. The hygienist you speak of was interviewing for a position here and will not be returning. I would like to publically offer you another appointment at no cost to you or your insurance. Please call our office so that we can schedule that appointment.
Also please see our office if you have any other suggestions or issues with your service or any other aspect of Downtown Dental's interaction with you. I really want to make sure we address patient concerns as soon as possible.
I did not complete an exam as you were not due for one at that visit. The insurance would not have paid for that procedure. I did come in and spend time with you just to say hello. If you would like me to examine you during your extra cleaning times please let us know.
