Initially, I had a hygiene appointment for Thursday, January 11. However, for at least one week I have been experiencing some sensitivity on a wisdom tooth previously repaired. I emailed Lauren (the office manager) January 2 in the evening requesting an earlier appointment, if possible. Dr. Goldberg personally responded and re-scheduled it for today, January 3.
My interactions with both Sandra and Dr. Goldberg were stellar. Sandra was very mindful of my sensitivity, took pictures of the tooth, and alerted Dr. Goldberg. He immediately addressed the situation with the same professionalism and knowledge that sets him apart from most dentists. After the sensitivity was addressed, Sandra took her time cleaning my teeth and provide me with excellent recommendations.
