I do like his customer service and how he treats me. Only one thing is that I feel that everytime I come in I am being sold something. Maybe it's because the clientele that come in are really rich or really well off. I am neither of those. I do not want over priced toothpaste and mouthwash which I can purchase for half the price probably online. It's bad enough that I pay for my services out of pocket and my insurance says the costs are too high so they give me a small fraction of money back. Please stop selling me things, and if you really think I need it just give it to me for free or let me have the option to get it on my own.
I'm really sorry you feel this way, and I would love to help resolve this issue but you filled out the survey anonymously. We never want you to feel like we are just trying to push products to make money. Everything we recommend is to benefit you and your health. The products we have in the office actually cost less than if you were to order them online or purchase them in a store, if you can even find the products.Please call the office so we can discuss this further and again, I apologize.
