I like going here because the whole staff is friendly, with-it, but still professional; and Dr. Fung always does great work. She also has mastered the art of dentist-patient conversation. In other words, she's not the kind of doctor that will ask you a question and expect you to answer when she's got a bunch of dental tools in your mouth.
As far as billing goes, I think they do an excellent job. I consider the mark of a good billing and insurance submission department to be a fairly invisible one. The only thing I've ever noticed about my insurance and billing is that it has all gone through properly. As a result, I assume that somebody on that end is excellent at what she/he does.
