The warm, cheerful colors and the quiet atmosphere in the office helped to make me feel welcome and much calmer than I usually am at dentist's offices. Everyone greeted me with respect and interest. Dr. Lam's gentle manner and personal attention relieved my fears immensely. Special requests were heard and attended to quickly. The attitudes that came across were that they understood my discomfort and would do whatever they could to bring comfort.
