This appointment was the second one I had scheduled. The first appointment for my son took almost 3 hours and the only thing that he had done was the first part of the testing, he never made it to see the doctor that day. They fell behind. Totally understandable so I made a second appointment to take him back. The second appointment took almost as long. His appointment was scheduled for 4pm, I checked in a little early at 3:10 and asked if they were running on time. I was assured they were. My son was finally called back around 4:35, almost an hour and a half of waiting again to be told there was an "emergency". Once he was seen and he was taken to pick out glasses it was already after 5pm. No one explained the procedure, so when I asked, the lady said he could pick something there or take the RX somewhere else. I chose to let him pick out glasses there since he had been anticipating picking out a pair. After he found a pair he liked, it was told the glasses would take 6-8 weeks for them to arrive back. I do hope it doesn't take as long as it has to pick them up once they arrive. My sister was a patient here and even though I had no issues with his past provider I followed her recommendation only to find out she is now switching to another doctor. I think in the future I will be taking my son back to his old provider as my time is valuable and I don't have hours to waste in a waiting room.
