The worst DDS on the plant. I have good dental insurance 8 years vested in it and they cant bill them correctly and so Woodcreek sends me bills for things like routine cleanings! How??? Then they try to threaten me with collections.. Ooooo..... Really your going to sped more than $179 for your failure to bill correctly. Also being blasted over social media is even worst for business. If your paying cash or can take time out of your day to do the work of there front office. Great DDS.....
DDS is very professional and nice! So is the hygienist!!!He did my dental work and it was pain free and meant all my expectations. However with a front staff that cant seem to do medical billing, I will take my families dental care needs to another DDS office as a result. I hope one day they hire some better staff and I will return.
This patient's insurance has denied payment for his visit because they requested certain specific information that we needed from the patient. We've tried to contact him to help us out in this matter in very courteous tones. He has to understand that we are providing a service to help him to get his claims paid by his dental insurance company. The only relationship that our office has with these dental insurance companies is that we agree to accept their fee schedules. Many times we do need patients to get involved in getting their dental claims processed correctly.
