I like the efficiency and professionalism I get here. However, sometimes the cost of those items is a lack personal attentiveness but this office is able to get it all done--I know the personalized service is partially a result of my going here for a long time, but as I was sitting in the chair I could overhear other interactions down the hall and everyone was treated with respect, concern, and kindness.
