Our appointment was scheduled for 9:50. We received numerous emails confirming the time. We were told when we arrived that the appointment was at 11:30. We were asked to please come back at that time, as there must have been some error.. With 2 small children and scheduled plans for the day, I found this very frustrating and difficult to deal with. With the number of emails we receive on a regular basis, there is an expectation that time and energy is being focused on scheduling. At times like this, I would rather have 1 reliable phone call rather than 4 unreliable emails sent by a computer system.
