Since I was the person who did your whitening and not Dr. Bass, I know what was explained to you. I explained to you before starting your in office whitening that you could have sensitivity and that some pateints have more sensitivity than others. I also offered you an Ibuprophen before starting the whitening, and you declined stating that you had taken a valum, something you said you do on a daily basis for your nerves. I also explained to you that if you started feeling sensitivity that we could stop, because it would only intensify. I asked you mutiple times if you were doing ok and you said yes. Unfortunately we cannot measure the amount of sensitivity you may have, if any at all. The only thing we can do is tell you ahead of time that you could have sensitivity, and offer pain medicine before starting the procedure, which I did.
