I love Toyotas and have been an owner for over 25 years. In 1994, we swapped our MR2 for a Sienna van when the kids were younger. Currently, we own a Highlander, a Prius for commuting, and a RAV4 for our teenager. We have been a loyal customer of Dublin Toyota Service Center for almost two decades. Not only are they punctual with both check-in times and servicing time frames, but the admitting Customer Service Reps always take the time to explain the services to be performed as well as any optional levels of care and the related benefits. The employees are friendly, and the "free car wash" is especially appreciated. An added benefit is the "Fitness Inspection and Treatment Plan" which is a print-out of observations of your vehicle's tests along with recommended future services to maintain optimal performance. I have been very pleased with Dublin Toyota, and we will continue to be loyal to this service center for our three Toyota vehicles.

I bought my Toyota Camry at Dublin Toyota. I was very pleased with the entire sales team and finance. Even though I live in San Jose, I take my car there for basic maintenance because of their friendly and efficient staff.

The salesperson, William, that I purchased my car with was impatient and pushy. He only gave me a 5-10min test drive out of the parking lot, down the street, u-turned, and back into the lot. I was already set on purchasing the car before coming into the dealership, so that's what I did.

After purchasing the car, I noticed some charges that weren't reviewed with me while I was there. I called in to inquire about what those charges were. They turned out to be an optional surface protection and optional gap protection. I was told over the phone to come back to meet Mike who will help me take those charges off.

When I arrived at the dealership, William told me that Mike wasn't available and I couldn't cancel the optional services. He said he would help me and asked for my car key. As a naive first time car buyer with no previous experience dealing with car salesmen, I handed him my key thinking he was going to help me. He drove my car over to the service department to activate/use the optional surface protection that I was trying to cancel.

When I realized what was happening, I was so upset that I started to cry. When he noticed my distroted state, he led me away from the other customers and gave me a complimentary gas card and convinced me that he was helping me out.

After that terrible experience and having to wait 2 hours for my car, I drove home and my sister made a complaint on by behalf because I was just too upset. The manager Mike spoke with my sister. He said that he had arranged for me to meet him but I was a no show. The manager Mike asked me to go back in to get the optional services canceled. So, I had to go back in again and finally the optional charges were canceled. Now my car is due for a maintenance appointment and I am dreading to have to go back to that place again.

Car Came in for a smell/oder from Vents. Was told it was a Recall and would be fixed. Still has issue. Also a noise ( clunking noise ) from front end still there. Inside of driver's seat very dirty.

Bad Service as I am a loyal person to Toyota I'm not sure I would now recommend this dealership or this brand
