Did I pay to much?
I wanted to reach out to address your review/question regarding your most recent visit to Duebber's. Unfortunately, I am unable to address your review in a detailed manner until your identity is revealed. I can, however, give a brief overview of what a battery replacement here at Duebber's entails.
Interstate Battery offers one of the most extensive warranty programs for their batteries, which are top-notch products, without the warranty program. You have benefited greatly from this product and warranty program, as you stated yourself in your review, having a battery last nearly four years, and receiving a replacement at a prorated amount.
Purchasing a battery from our company and having it installed is not just a one-and-done process. The installation involves our ASE certified technician testing the charging and starting system. This includes above and beyond the battery installation alone. They test the alternator and regulator and ensure they are within a reasonable range of function. After testing the entire starting and charging system, the technician then inspects the drive belts, which control your alternator, power steering and water pump. By inspecting these drive belts for wear and tear, the technician is able to prevent further costly damage that could result from a faulty drive belt.
If you still believe that you have paid too much for your service, I encourage you to call 513-941-7700 and request to speak to Marc Duebber, owner of Duebber's, to discuss your concerns.
Have a great day.
