As a husband and wife orthodontic team, my wife and I rotate days in each location. Courtney had the opportunity to meet you and discuss your son's treatment plan at the initial consultation. She also had the pleasure of beginning your son's treatment in our office. I truly apologize for not coming out to the reception area to personally meet you at his third appointment. I did not realize you wished to review his treatment plan. If you have additional questions or concerns, I will be glad to discuss them. Rest assured, Courtney and I review all patient records together to determine the optimal treatment plan. Because I have spent so much time reviewing a patient's pictures and xrays prior to starting treatment, there have been a few times I have mistakenly thought I have met someone that I haven't.
Please know that we have an open door policy in our office. You are always welcome to accompany your child to the treatment bay to discuss treatment concerns with me or Courtney. I will be sure to come out to the reception area to meet you at your son's next appointment.
