I was seen at the appointment time, no waiting. Questions and concerns were addressed and explanations were given during the procedure. I experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedure and only slight discomfort when the numbness wore off. The doctors and staff are professional, caring and friendly. They set high standards and have met or exceeded those standards with every visit.
