This was the first experience I and my husband had at this dental office that was not very satisfactory. We were going here for many years. We were due for our 6 month exam and teeth cleaning back around March when the virus hit. We had to wait until September to get an appointment. We always schedule our appointments on the same day and time. We had scheduled our joint appointments for Thursday, September 24 at 11 AM. We got a call from the center telling me that only my husband was scheduled at 10:30 AM and not me at all. After explaining to them that there must have been some mix-up since we both have been coming in together, I was put on hold. Then I was told to be there the next day, Friday at 10:00 AM and my husband would be at 10:30 AM the same day. We got there in plenty of time and were made to wait out in the car and they would call me when they were ready. I never got a call but someone came out of the office about 10:18 AM and said they tried to call me but my phone never rang. I was told that they have reception problems at times on their phones. I know it wasn't my phone. The dentist didn't come in to exam me until after 11:00 AM. I was told that they were squeezing both of us in. Someone also told us that the girl who scheduled us was new and made the mistake. From 10:00 AM until after 12:00 PM we were at this office which was entirely too long and should not have happened. Also, we should have been seen the day before at 11:00 AM. The exam and teeth cleaning were fine, just the day and time wasn't as we had hoped. It was just fortunate for us that neither my husband nor I had any other appointments for Friday or we would have had to reschedule again.
