The staff are polite and professional. The wait was ridiculously long. They should just tell you to block off half your day. The paperwork process is decades old. You have to fill out a lot of paperwork, repeatedly writing your name, address, dob, etc. This includes insurance information after you were not permitted to make an appointment until supplying this information and after they verified. Why are they making their customers go through these pointless steps! There is such a focus on collecting money, Listening to the patients at the counter being told what they owed was disheartening. Saw the dentist for 3 minutes and spent more time being told what the insurance didn't cover and what was owed. They should use some of that money to update their patient information collection system to electronic methods such as tablets.
