I had a filling fall out and they offered me thesame day. Unfortunately I started a new job and couldn't leave so they gave me the first day I was available 2 days later! Nice staff and dentist and xray tech all very nice

Good cleaning.

However, had the usual ridiculously long wait over an hour and a half. Eastern always packs patients in like sardines.

Thankfully changing insurance so this should be my last visit with this joke of a dentist office.

I have been going to the Toms River office for 8 years. I have never had an issue with the service being provided. I like Dr. Cisar, he is personable and takes the time to explain things and the hygienists are thorough and friendly. That is why they have three stars. I scheduled two 6 month checkups at a time because they are always booked months out. My appointment in May had to be rescheduled due to being sick and I had to wait 7 weeks for a new appointment. My new appointment was for 10:15 this past Wednesday, unfortunately I thought it was for 10:30. I walked in to the office at 10:26 and was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule- something about a 15 minute grace period. I was 12 minutes late! Not wanting to start an argument in the office, I rescheduled- mind you I needed to find childcare for my child at home to even make it to this appointment, which now was just a major inconvenience for everyone involved. Surprisingly they had an appointment for 10:00 two days later. I made sure I was early this time. But as always, waited well past my appointment time before I was called back. It was actually 10:15 by the time I was brought back to a chair, and it was another 10 minutes before I was seen by the dentist. I am still baffled at how they could turn me away for being 12 minutes late, but it’s ok to make me wait 15 plus minutes. Sadly, I will be switching insurance and finding another office who does not consider their patients as just another number.

I do not write reviews. But I must warn you call you insurance co. before they do work. Ask for a complete treatment plan before they start. They will charge you for services that are covered if you don't and give you some BS why it happen. They are friendly, but don't trust them cause they wear a white coat. Don't pay cash for anything upfront, find a way to protect yourself. The are unable to give you quality work if you don't cover your-self sorry to say.

Called Eastern Dental 9;30 am for an emergency visit due to a chipped tooth. They gave me an immediate appointment fof 11;30 the same day. Staff was extremely friendly and sociable. I was out of the office with my new bonded teeth by 12;30. A very pleasant visit!

The wait to be seen was reasonable, dentist was warm and friendly, hygienist was A+ Even the front desk staff were awesome. Eastern Dental gas come a long way! Very much improved, I’m very impressed.
