Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for your review. All clients are given the price estimate when they call to book an initial appointment. You are given that estimate again during the exam, as well as a third time the morning of the surgery. You also signed a form at drop off that states "I understand that if my female pet is considered mature, has been through a heat cycle, overweight, or pregnant there will be an extra charge of $100 - $450 for additional anesthesia time/labor." If you have suggestions on how we could be more transparent please feel free to call the office and speak with Jessica.
